-Bark Bowl draw
-discuss and vote on proposed policy and rule changes
-discuss and vote on game length
-teams wishing to register on the spot can bring cash/check/money order for the team deposit ($180 for IFFL Sunday morning, $200 for FCFFL weeknight).
IF YOUR TEAM IS SENDING A REP (or 2) please email me: tom@iffl.us and let me know your team name and how many are showing. We`ll take care of the beer...to a certain point.

Based on communication - I expect we`ll get 8 teams for the PG County league. There will not be any inter-league play during the regular season, but the MD teams will participate in the overall playoffs.

Draw is posted on the tournament site.
70 minute games were voted IN by the coaches.
The other proposed rule change was the option for a team who has been scored upon, and is behind in the game, to waive the kickoff return and start immediately on their own 20 yard line 1st and goal. This rule WILL BE implemented for the Bark Bowl, and then we`ll poll the coaches a few days later.

when you say 70 minute games - how will that be divided (25 minute halves or 30 minute halves)?
