I had posted earlier on scrimming friday, but instead, we can play Saturday as well.

flag football was kinda gay. you have to block with your hands behind your back...what kinda gayness is that?

Blocking with hands behind the back was the only bad part about that league, other than that, it was pretty competitive, think about it, that means rushes were quicker which resulted in more pressure for the QB.
I can imagine contact flag football to be alot easier, considering that our QB will have more time to throw.
You can bash all you want, but what does it have to do with Saturday`s Scrimmage? We aren`t afraid of contact if thats what one of the above post was trying to imply.
I played for VSA btw.

yeah, but we couldn`t get a spot in the weeknight league.. so we decided to play in the weekend league. we should be at rocky run elementary school off stringfellow by 930am .. so just let me know if you can make it out at 1030 or 11
