COACHES and PLAYERS concern!

There was a suggestion last season regarding the ability for coaches to view thier opponent`s roster before the game to verify that they are not stacking the team with other players from other teams!
Is this going into effect this season?
And how is the challenging of suspected non-roster players going to take place? Will there be a forfeit of that game, if a team is caught stacking thier team?
And if a team continues to be challenged and loses say more than 2 games due to foreits, will there be any consequences?
Also, will the challenges be handled by the referees or one of the commissioners?
Bringing this up before the season starts, so there is no questions when it comes up in any of the games!

Yes, coaches will be able to view rostered player names of its upcoming opponent in the week leading up to the game - this will go in effect starting Monday.

concerned about what?

when did this become a big deal? I know some people were complaining about Lazy before the playoffs last fall, but that worked itself out b/c Nutz won the championship.
unless you are going to have everyone present a picture id before the game, how are you going to prove that someone isn`t on the official roster?
what`s the process for challenging a player?
assuming you can`t challenge a player until he actually gets into the game and we only get about an hour to play a game, will roster challenges take up gametime?
will challenges be required before the game ends or will the losing team just issue a blanket challenge on every player on the other team?
let`s just line it up and play and forget about all this stuff.
