Can we get a count of how many teams are in? If your team is in, just post it here.

Date, time and place would help out on the decision process.

If anyone knows even a probable date/time/location, we can poll our team for interest, but obviously Thanksgiving Weekend is a popular travel time.

If it`s the Turkey Bowl in Winchester, here is the info.

The Winchester Parks and Recreation Department will be holding the Turkey Bowl, flag football tournament on November 18, 19, and 20. $150 entry fee per team. 12 team maximum. It will be a four division round robin with each team guaranteed two games. Teams will play 7 versus 7, with each team able to carry 14 players on their roster. Registration deadline is November 16th.

We are running a Turkey Bowl benefit for NO hurricane relief here in Fairfax, but our`s will be a little different in that individuals can register and participate (does not have to be a whole team).

Rob is busy with a newborn (arrived yesterday!), but we should have the info up by this weekend once he has a chance to finalize things.

The IFFL league will be playing the A consolation and A playoff semis and championships on the 20th - so that day is out. We`re shooting for November 28th.

P.S. I am going to leave the post up there about the Winchester tournament because they are in the VFFA family.
