Teamwork trumps talent...it aint even close. Unless of course novice has a qb that can run like mad/that is always the great equalizer.

Its not that novice players are bad. It just takes a couple of a$$ whoopings in the open division to teach em that organization and experience beats basic athleticism.

I vote for option #5: Novice doesn`t have enough guys show up, forfeit.
