just my opinion:
1.United qb - he can breaks a few ankles just ask Diesel and Mutiny players
2.Outlaws 7- he`s more like emmitt
3.Wolves 7 - he`s just fast, if this message was about who`s the fastest player he would be on top. |
|
| No question | 3:20 PM |
Definitely asian qb from united. |
|

| observer | 4:02 PM |
little guy from pain. if you were to watch some of his teams games you would agree. |
|
| .02 | 4:11 PM |
Lazy QB? |
|
| Diesel 7 | 4:54 PM |
Yeah Dre from Pain is pretty beast too! He broke my ankles a few time at the night games. |
|
| no doubt | 07:43 AM |
Gotta give respect to 33 from Lazy (i forget his name). best moves in the league on arguably the best team. |
|
| Billy!! | 07:45 AM |
Billy Bayne on the NOVAs...never seen him run for less than 25 yards on a guard release play. his spin move is the best in the league, by far |
|
| no doubt... | 10:32 AM |
whoever Diesel 7 is guarding. |
|
| outlaws | 11:27 AM |
Union-QB Jeff has some pretty sick moves. |

A lot of "C" postings here, but as far as "A" goes the guy most "Barry-like" has gotta be Deion from Lazy. He seems to defy the laws of physics much the same way that Barry did in his heyday in that he can change directions on a dime seemingly without losing speed.
On the same squad, Yusef is still amazingly elusive despite the fact that he`s like 50 years old. As good as he is now, you newer guys have no idea how good he was 10 years ago. In his prime you would have made the Sports Machine Highlights if you could pull his flag one-on-one, because it rarely happened. And on defense I`ve seen him catch speedy players from behind a la Darrell Green on many occasions. Definitely the premier IFFL player from ten years ago and probably still the best today.
My only criticism of Lazy`s use of Yusef is that his hands go to waste as QB. In the open field with the ball in the air there`s no better receiver in this league and that includes the stud from All Makes and Models (who is awesome in his own right). |

to Novas Vet: thanks for the props to our boy, but i`m assuming you mean the younger, taller one. truth be told, the older shorter receiver`s got slightly better hands & i gotta keep reminding the younger guy of that so his head doesn`t get too big. |

F that younger player from AM&M, the game this past weekend was pretty even until AM&M turned on the bat light, all of a sudden with 10 minutes into the game here comes this young buck recieves the kick off and takes it to the house, to top that off with 40 seconds left game tied at 20 with good field position he finds himself in the endzone just like that. F U young`n I just say that because you did light us up, good game and next time I`ll rememeber to send my muscle to the parking lot and hold you from reaching the field.. |

To MacDaddies - he just asks, "not the face," whatever that means. It was a good game, and i`m thankful he flew back to town (business trip, back out sunday nite) to rescue us from our teammate sissies who didn`t show `cause of mother`s day. Hope your qb gets well soon and we`ll do it again w/full squads on both sides. |

ATF knows nothing, his utility belt should have cost him an extra 30 minutes at the airport |
|
| Not that`s | 2:13 PM |
funny! But, w/a private airport he gets to bypass atf - plus the `copter doesn`t show on the radar. |

Have to agree with Nova Vet about Sef. As for other old timers, we could never figure out a way to stop the QB/RB duo from Rossiter Raiders.

I was going to bring up the Raiders during my last post, but it`s been awhile since they`ve been around and a lot of messageboard denizens might not know who we`re talking about.
The RRs did have a killer option, but if you recall they were actually a three-headed monster thanks to that big, tall, blonde receiver. After losing many a game to them thanks to their running game, we finally learned how to take away the option. We`d force them into a 4th and forever and then they`d just lob one up for him and he`d go up and get it. We`d kick, gouge his eyes, do whatever we could because we KNEW it was going to him and he`d still come down with the ball very frustrating. I can only recall beating them on a handful of occasions through the years and only once when they had all three of those guys playing and healthy. It was in the semis of the Fairfax Playoffs about 6 or 7 years ago and we never were able to stop them, it`s just that they couldn`t stop us either. I think the final score was something like 30-27. |

| let not | 2:48 PM |
let not talk about that nightmare, Rossiter Raiders leave that name retired. Used to hate playing against them, good group of guys but would just eat you up all day long with that f`n option, just wanted to punch them in the mouth by the end of the game |

Nova Vet, I could not forget that big receiver for Rossiter Raiders. We had one playoff game against them in which we actually did a good job of stopping their option and were up by 7 with under a minute to go. They throw it up to him near the end zone and he stole it from our safety and scored the tying TD. Naturally, they then went on and beat us in OT where he caught the winning TD. |
