DONT SLEEP ON "OFF IN THE SHOWER"! rediculous o/d line, and solid players that play together. Irreverence got lucky the first time as showers was missing 2 of their best linemen, showers has a td called back and one dropped in the endzone, and a double forward pass was the game winner. It should be very interesting.

Like Irreverence, the Shower too dont have a QB. Both QB are average. They`re both mobile but lack the smarts. It help to have KRAZY pass protection.

I don`t think anyone is sleeping on Off in the shower... if you`ve been paying attention to this thread and various others, Off in the Showers has grabbed the attention of a lot of teams.

the 2 best linemen you proclaimed to have missed, well you best hope it`s (their names) on the roster sheet. if it aint there (prior to or after the 3rd game of the regular season), id strongly encourage you not bring them. that goes for all the teams. there`s a good chance the refs could be asking for roster sheet.

they arent on the roster? do they forfeit those wins? and possibly out of the playoffs?

If you suspect any player of not being on the roster and they have played at least one down, I would suggest challenging. It doesn`t hurt and you won`t get penalized.

A while back we had a ref actually come up and tell us at halftime that he has never seen this player and suggested we challenge because it effect anything if we were wrong..

And yes, your team will forfeit the game.

So what is the official rule? Do we challenge the whole teams roster or are we only allowed to challenge just the one person we suspect? And are we allowed to challenge more than once a game?

whats all this talk about challenging rosters? it`s like you guy are looking forward to a win by disqualifying another team. yeah it`s wrong to get ringers to play for you team to win, but looking for a way to disqualify your opponent even before the game is disguisting. man up and play like men.

off the showers linemen have been with them since the beginin of the season. because i remember we scrimmaged them the first week of the league when the other team dind`t show up.

If you lose bc one of those "Ringers" played and they significantly impacted the game then i`d personally challenge. People don`t pay to lose to teams with ringers. The whole point of having a 22-man roster is to put potential ringers or back ups on there.

And you can only challenge one Player.

This is to every team open and novice, why take chances on a ringer or two? Is it honestly worth the possibility of a forfeit?

I`ve seen guys who were caught playing on two teams and the team that didn`t have him on the roster had to forfeit their game. Which sucked major kahunas. It sucks but thats the consequences of having a ringer,and if they get caught they`ll drag the team down with them.

You don`t just FORGET to add a person(s) to the roster. What you do is recruit after the 3 week period and hope nobody will notice the "new guy". The Novice Teams seems to lack a lot of organization.

are you for real a veteran of this league? or vet stands for Veterinarian? cause it doesn`t sound like you have been in this league. i haven`t seen any ringers come and help any team out. Most likely you will see a couple added players after week 3 because some lose their players or just people want to join the team. I don`t see a problem with that. Your talking as if teams are going out and getting college players and paying them so they can win. The way you and the other guy are talking is yall in a witch hunt. If anybody thinks there is a ringer why not call them out now? Seems to me you guys are eyeing to wait till game starts to get a win by default. bet now after each touchdown the other team is going claim that the person scoring is a ringer. It`s going to delay games and i bet one team will accidently forget their roster sheets and be the victim. There should be a 20 yard penalty if your wrong about a ringer. just dont bring ringers... most of the playoff teams have played each other in the regular season and have watched other teams play. we all kno who we`ve seen on a team before and who we havent.

wow southside pulls out another victory over chuck. Irreverence takes out the #8 seed wolpack, and Hibachi beats off in the shower. How did the armada game turn out?

So how was the hibachi off in the shower game? Did shower not have their whole team there?

I don`t know but it seemed like they had the same group of guys when they beat us earlier this year.

It was tough game. Shower started off fast and dropped 14 on us. We came out the second half and scored 13. In under 2mins we scored again due to good field positioning from Shower`s 4th down blotched snap. Then with about 12sec left, Shower scored on a Hail Mary but it was offset by a penalty and the game ended.
