     which one is more embaresing?

hometown08:21 AM

Since last year the #1 was knocked out too by #16 which game should the loser be more ashamed of?

Both are bad08:29 AM

But the Playmakers loss was worse. If I recall correctly, they were on the MB all week (last year) talking trash about how they were going to dominate everyone leading up their loss.

I dont recall the Rhinos doing that this past week.

Playmakers were talking about who they were going to play in the title game before the first round kicked off. But Rhinos were also here talking about a rematch against the Badboyz so they are not all that innocent either.

Playmakers by a long shot. Guess some of you were not around last year.....

The Playmaker`s #1 seed was built up in a weak MD division last year (MD division seems to be much stronger this year) so the loss was not all that unexpected. Therefore I would have to say that the Rhinos loss was more embarrassing.

how can you say the MD division was weak last year when the Novas (who played in the MD division) played in the championship?

The Novas had trouble fielding full teams in MD last year so you can`t really say that division was strong last year just because they were in it. Every week the Novas were scraping to come up with 8 people to make the hike out to Maryland and as a result they didn`t even win the division. That`s part of the reason why they weren`t taken seriously last year come playoff time, and what do you know, their whole team showed up in Virginia for the playoffs and they romped to the finals.

Like somebody on this board already eluded to, even with a short-handed squad they barely lost to the Playmakers in the regular season and that was starting the game with only 6 players. Plus, they had none of their starting WRs and Ty Byrd (their starting CB/RB) playing QB with a separated shoulder that game.

In hindsight it was pretty obvious that the Playmakers #1 seed last year was a bit misleading and ended up being proven with their loss to the Chickens.

I think the Playmakers are a bigger threat this year because they are not overconfident like they were last year (as evidenced by the lack of postings from them).
