Why no respect for the Sharks? I bet they can beat 2 out of 3.

Come on...7:44 PM

Sharks are one of the top three teams in the state...Novas did beat them in this fall`s final, but the Sharks could take any of these teams

The Sharks are legit. A fierce competitor on the field and definitely one of the top teams in Sunday and weeknight play. But just like all the other teams, the Sharks can be beaten. See that they did have one loss.

They scarred to come play in the sunday league ever since they got that azz kicked in the playoff a couple years back so they stay in the spring weeknight league where they can beat up on C teams.

They are a very good team and it is very unlikely that any of the veteran teams would not respect this caliber of a team. However, like every other team they can be beaten. If you look at their recent game history, they were beat by the Replacements (a Lazy affiliate) this Spring, twice by the Novas in the fall and tied Lazy during the regular season of FCFFL. They did beat Lazy in the semis.

They played the Spring IFFL a few years back and were a top seed but got bumped in 2nd round by eventual champ.

If you play them - bring your A game. They certainly will.

Sharks are not top 3 in the state go click on that logo up there Virginia Flag Football and check out the ranks. Not even in the top 10.Might not even be top 3 in NoVa.

HAHA...r.m., thats all based on one tournament, played last winter. Would you not consider the Rhinos one of the top four teams in this league even though they lost a fluke game in the first round? Before this past fall, the Sharks won the Fall FCFFL championship 4 years in a row. That league is easily the hardest league in NoVa, Spring or Fall. Don`t fool yourself into thinking they`re not one of the best. Ask anyone on lazy, novas or wolves (lions) and they`ll tell you the sharks are consistently the team to beat.

I agree the Sharks are a very good team and we always work hard from start to finish when playing them. I look forward to playing them soon in the Fall.

The Sharks got that azz waxed at states 50-26.

hey memories10:46 AM

Why don`t you finish the story. The Sharks lost that game to the eventual STATE CHAMPS. The Sharks will always be a top 3 team in Northern VA.

Memories10:50 AM

Yes, but Lazy loss to the same team only 34 -21. So don`t think the Sharks will come through the IFFL roughousing teams the way Miami did when they entered the ACC.
