This team is pretty good. QB is smart and doesn`t force the ball. Don`t let his looks deceive you, the boy can run. Fast receivers and pretty good hands. On D, just your typical soft zone, same as 80% of the league. |

When they go to the spread, still send 2 people after their QB and make him get rid of the ball quick. He`s good, so he`ll complete some short passes, but you have to keep up the pressure and hope to pin them back with a sack or a couple straight incompletions. Either way, they are not easy to stop by any stretch.
On offense, pick them apart in the short middle with one of your faster guys and let him try to avoid flags after the catch. They basically leave that area of the field wide open most plays and you have to exploit until they adjust. Another smart move is to throw the ball to a lineman on a short route when they bring pressure and run a flanker behind him for a pitch as his man will have to come off to pull the lineman`s flag. They overpursue on flag pulls and are definitely susceptible to the pitch after the catch.
The best advice to always be on the attack. They are a good team and you need to punch them in the mouth at the start and keep pressure on or they will sneak back into the game and win it. |

The short game is their bread and butter. Our team struggled against them when we invested too much attention to the deep passing game and kept getting beat in the flats.
If your offensive-line play is questionable, they will be applying pressure and batting down footballs all day with their tall linemen.
Good flag-pullers but not overwhelmingly athletic... This is a good team that gets angry/frustrated when the **** hits the fan.
Maybe it`s a cliche, but if you take the early lead you will watch them lose their poise and, subsequently, the game itself. |
