When will registration be open for this tournament? Are there similar rules for signing up for the Stars & Stripes as there are for the Bark Bowl?

Look at Tom`s post titled "2007 Bark Bowl preliminary registration info". He has information regarding the Stars & Stripes Tournament there.

I think he was just giving priority to teams that played in last years` stars & stripes, it doesn`t really say when the sign-up for this year`s tournament will be, if it`s expanding at all, etc...
