Your D lacks discipline. The open teams will tear you guys up with all the misdirections and such.

You guys have great tall/strong receivers, however it`s pointless if you don`t have a QB to throw them the ball. Beside needing a new QB, your #1 goal should be to ELIMINATE half your players. Why? Well, I knowing playing with FRIENDS is fun, however, you should have your BEST ATHLETES on the field at all time. Half your team should play offense AND defense! When we first started playing, we had 16 people and in order to please everyone, we played everyone. Needless to say, we didn`t go far! :)

people responsible for teams losing is their qb and coach. People are listing your issues, but all those are on the shoulders of the qb and coach. If they didn`t do everything they can to win, INCLUDING BENCHING THEMSELVES for other players that might put them in a better position to win, then they let their team down.

dang! I thought the C league was made for friends to play and have fun, even if you suck. I`d rather have a fun time playing with friends and losing here and there than attempting to stack teams to win a trophy.

find a qb. your initial qb had a great arm but lack vision, poise, and accuracy. your last, well, all i can is he`s slot receiver or rb at best; qb he aint.

too many players. cut it down to 10-12. keep only the players who would and could help.

stay in c until one of these happened: winning the c championship, having a solid or respectable season (winning 5-6 regular season games)

alot of the above post is very accurate and makes alot of sense. You guys have speed which is a big****et. You lack chemistry and discipline. I think as you guys play more you will get better. I have seen a big improvement in you play since seasons start. When I saw you play in a preseason game earlier this year, I didnt think you guys would make the playoffs. Even some of the new teams who had bigger and stronger players missed the playoffs. Be happy with what you guys did and try to improve for next season. I think a few of your guys could probably play in the B league if fitted on the right team. Let me know if the tall wr and fast rb/qb is available for hire..

the TEAM PLAYERS...ones where you can build good chemistry with. Also the reliable ones. You guys have a pretty good safety but i`ve only seen him at like 2 games. That sucks yo.

Clearly you guys give yourselves too much credit. The closest you got was within a TD. Like I said, it was good you guys scored 2 TD`s on them when they didn`t let more than 1 per game. The reverse side of things is they put 4 on you when they average 10 pts a game on O. As for scoring the last posssesion, they were up 14 so I don`t see how it would of mattered.

Don`t get me wrong, you guys are not a bad team but let`s be real here. You need another 1 or 2 seasons in C and drop/add new players and you guys will be fine. We`ll welcome you with open arms once you advance to B.

Observer .. we give ourselves alot of credit cuz we played hard .. we practiced hard that weak .. but clearly .. we were outplayed by a more experienced and of course a better team .. and btw .. it was 13-6 at halftime
.. then it was 19-6 then 19-14 .. and if not for those INT`s which werent even our QB`s fault .. it would have been an even closer game .. they were winning 19-14 .. and then we had the ball but one of our guys had it and dropped and fell into the arms of their safety .. and we feel real good about the game cuz we kept it competitive .. they are of course the number 1 seeded team in the league .. and people said they would blow us out of the water .. and i only mentioned our last series because if we had the chance to score .. it would have made the score more respectable for us .. but in the end .. yea we lost

what the wp needs to do is get rid of lost causes, example: that bald guy on d who yells almost every down, 50 shouldnt be playing unless you guys are up 20-0, your corners and safety is solid, the shorter asian guy on the dline, your O is strong, 77 could up his game more and use his extra large body, you should switch back to the taller QB and have your current one become a receiver or rb, you should also try to have some guys from D play O or vice versa, the taller asian guy from the d line could be a useful slot receiver or your corners too.

I will not post up my number say what you want about that. But I can tell you guys what we did wrong all season. We didnt have a real coach, it was more like having a motivational speaker. We lacked chemistry when we have different guys in the lineup all the time and during games when one core group was holding the offense we kept on subing in guys to give them playing time. Both of our qbs got us down field one by his arm the other by his feet. We were not very disclipined we kept on fighting on the sidelines and arguing on the field. We had too many pre madonnas. Our practices were a joke when only 7-10 people would show up for most of them. We all knew the rules but kept on getting stupid 15 yard unsportsmen like penalties.

Things we/you should do to improve is weed out all the bad seeds like everyone is saying. Find someone who will really coach. Have only one voice on the field and sidelines. Not everyone yelling the plays out from the sideline. Like someone said before on this thread get the "coach" off of 77`s jerseys. All i heard from him all season was "line it up" "offense up" and "defense up". That is all for now. Have a wonderful day. =D

what we need to do is start from scratch. No more set positions for people. We have an all out tryout. where every person tries out for whatever position they want. make everybody earn their position. then we vote as a team for a captian. that way nobody can every say anything. we need to get it together and nomore babysitting.

well for our team we had set positions for everybody but we are friends for awhile now so we kinda know what positions that we are good at and what we aren`t. And if someone disagreed then we talked about it and make the neccessary adjustments.

also another thing...root out all the one w/o hearts and/or that aren`t serious about it and/or about winning.

I mean its for fun but its even more so when you are winning... :) just a thought!
