I sent out an email to the first 16 teams (league commissioners for the out of area slots) today. Please check your email, and look in the filtered/junk mail folder if you do not see anything from me.

I will begin keeping an updated registered teams list here tomorrow as teams pre-register.

It`s a shame that u guys hosta tournament and all u see is one beach team but when states come around there is 4 or 5 beach teams making noise and all u invite is 1 but we all are here to support one another good luck with the bowl 757 just deserves a little more respect than that.

VB does represent at states--it would be great to have them come up for the tourney--why only 1 invite??

Because everyone else outside of NOVA only gets one, Richmond, Harrisonburg.

We keep out of area invitations to 4 teams, 2 from Harrsonburg because they are the original "other" league that sent teams before this tournament filled up 5 minutes after registration went live.

If we took more teams from VA Beach, shouldn`t we also allow more from Richmond? then what about Newport News? Norfolk? Lynchburg? pretty soon there would be no space for local teams.

I just heard back from and invoiced MAC Daddies, which means there are more invoices out there (5) than slots left (4).

Once we have 16 paid teams I will cancel outstanding invoices.

Who`s it gonna be? This could be an episode of Amazing Race.

Why is Kerns marked out?

Registration is closed, with Vegas Nights paying before the 9:00 AM bell, and Mutiny and Larrys paying as fast as they could after the 9:00 AM bell.

All outstanding invoices have been cancelled.

Its interesting in that only 2 out of the 4 out of area slots were filled. Last year only 1 out of the 4 slots was filled. It just goes to show we mean what we say when we urge teams not to procrastinate.

Yeah the Sharks and Kerns have merged so it should be interesting. By the way the picture of the Wolves that just looks like Kilroys whaz up with that ? Can they be that good?

Haha...must not be in the IFFL Spring league, as there have been a few threads on this topic. Yup, the Wolves are the old Lions. They lost a couple of guys, but it`s pretty much them. I don`t think the guy in the middle (#22) runs things anymore though. Played them this spring, new name, same talent level (high), great run through the season and playoffs.

Sharks and Kerns together....that`s gonna be VERY interesting. Potential is obviously pretty high.

I heard this tournament is for the local animal shelter. If this is true, I might be interested.
