to do with looking pretty. A lot of players roll their sleeves up so that the sleeves don`t get in the way when they`re blocking or throwing. This isn`t a problem normally with shoulder pads, but for players who have jerseys in flag football with no pads, the sleeves tend to be huge and in the way.

Sleeveless is the way to go!

What are you worried about other dudes sleeves anyways? Its not a fashion show pillow boy. I`d worry about your game.
