Tom - I am seeing this error message on the week night sight. Just happened over the weekend. The web server encountered an error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. If this error persists, please contact the webmaster, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Checked it - seems okay, people are posting on the Mb over there. Try clearing your browser cache if you still have a problem:

tools -> internet options -> browsing history -> delete -> delete temp internet files

Yes, I still can`t access the week night message board but can get on this one. It seems very odd.
