One more thing - Mt. View fields only have 1 goalpost each, so XPs and field goals will have to be walked off and attempted to the field end with the goalpost.

We only use these fields in a pinch, and the weekend of 3/30 there is a county-wide soccer tournament.

From 4/6 onward, we`re consolidating Novice at BC#1 & BC#2 with the 4th games from the Herndon and Lake Fairfax Open divisions also at BC.

The Herndon fields are horrible.Why not keep Open League games at BC fields like initially planned ?

With a running clock; will the clock stop when a team has to walk to the end of the field with the goalpost?

PATs are untimed stupid

not in this league they aren`t. we use a running clock until the 2 minute mark in each half. know the rules before you open your mouth.

is Mountain View - Turf or Grass?

grass. one of the worst fields i`ve ever been on.

Went by there yesterday and they both are pretty bad. Goal post issues aside, depending on how one of the fields get lined there could be lots of rocks in one of the endzones. Just be thankfull that this is the only weekend we play there.

seriously, i live right behind those fields and i`ve gone back there and played out there with my wife and kid. be ready to twist an ankle. there`s gotta be a better field available than those, they`re horrible.

I`m sure there are better fields but Tom probably already tried looking. Its only 1 week.

Will probably get hurt on this field.It si that absolute worst.I know it is not Tom`s fault , but in the future - we should stay away from these fields.
