What are the thoughts around the league? |

You have to run what best fits the team you have. Trying to force something without having the right players will not work any way. |

This really depends on your personnel.
Most teams play conservative on D with a 2-4-2 zone look. The teams that can ball with bring heat with three down and play man across. (no safety look)
Offense, spread is the formation of choice among teams that think they have a QB and 4 nice wideouts. Key to a good spread is the O line. Don`t care how fast your WR is or how far your QB can throw, won`t mean jack if the QB getting sacked. |

The best O is to have all the skill position players block and the big guy`s catch the passes! |

Defense is all about adjustments. All offenses can be effective with the right personel. Asian teams go with the spread like Diesel and it works sometimes. Pain has a Big Show 300 biller. The wolves don`t have a line at all, just a cheap shot artist pygmy. But it all works for them. Go with what you got. |
