For playoffs, is it the bottom team in each of the open divisions that go to the C league for playoffs, or is it the overall bottom three for the Open league that goes to C for playoffs?

How does the seeding system work for C? Will the bottom 3 open teams be ranked 1-3 and the rest of the C ranked from 4-13? How is the seeding ranked?

The bottom 3 overall Open teams, but its likely these teams will each come from a different division. The absolute bottom team will be locked in on 5/18.

Yes, these teams will be seeded 8,9 & 10 in the C playoffs, so the Novice teams ranked 1-7 at the end of the season will hold their positions, and the teams ranked 8-13 will each drop 3 positions and be ranked 11-16. As with the Open, the absolute bottom Novice team will be locked in 5/18.
