BC#2 games at 8:20 and 9:30 are CANCELLED.

The County will update field status at 10:00 AM, so 10:40 and 11:50 games might still be on. We will update the league phone line at 10:00 for game status of BC#2 10:40 & 11:50.

Get this. I just drove by a some soccer fields across the street from my house in Ashburn. In pouring down rain there are kids playing soccer. They have been there all afternoon. We should move league to Loudoun Co. I`m glad that at least in Lo. Co. my tax dollors are being used for something.

I`ve played on the fields with my kids.

fairfax is all about soccer.They get first priority.We all pay taxes and extra fees for the fields , but soccer will always get the nod.The guys on top are making strides to change that ,so we have to be patient.

Why dont you go play in L.C. then?

I can play where ever I want. Teams travel from Richmond to play in this league so who cares where one lives. I just thought it was funny how FF Co. will close fields at a blink of an eye but Lo. Co. will keep thier fields opens in a down pour. IFFL is the best league, it`s the county that keeps screwing us.

How can 16 men playing flag football cause more damage to a field than two complete soccer teams running non-stop, kicking , sliding , putting holes in the grass ? Not to mention the 200+ fans on the sidelines.i saw them get thrown off of one field , only to move to the next once the police left.How sad .

imagine that if you`re going to make fun of soccer you should be participating on a tackle football league, not a flag football league.
