moving up next season?

Pretty sure based on Regular season records and playoffs, that TA, CN, and QH have too move up--- not sure about the others.

I think top 4 novice have to move up right? Read in different posts that Midgets, WP, and Psquad might move up as well.

Anyone about .500 has to move up.
