Did practice Squad break apart into a new squad?

Nope. We did have a few players leave (no hard feelings, good luck to your team!) but that happens with most teams.

And yeah, we`re moving up.

What team did they make?

I don`t know their name yet, but they`ll be a force. Some serious talent there.

Yeah, I think the few players who left Practice formed a new team... I believe they are called Team Franchise... I think they are coming into the "B" league in the Fall..

P Squad vs Franchise...... instant rivalry

MMMMMMMMM....I wonder who posted this one??? To clarify things to everyone: All of the players that made the playoff run will be back minus one, plus some new faces here and there. Goodluck! to "The Franchise" I know the tension at that game will be palpable.

2 teams from a 3-4 C team are going to be in B for the fall? you really think that a filtered team from an already mediocre squad is good enough to move up? B is going to be whack, cause you know Wolfpack, TC, Midgets are probably going to move up aswell, along with Norris and TA. Tom please do something about this! This is why we have I of the Ligers every year!

WOw... to the dude who posted this last post-- who do you play for, and what was ur record this past season... the Spring P-Squad Team was as good as any of the other three teams in the C Final 4 this past spring... As well as could compete with any of the past spring "B" league teams.... Remember The name "BIACHESS" ----- *TEAM FRANCHISE*

TA, PS, CN, Midgets should all move up since they are about equal or close enough to it I would say and the rest need to stay put.

As I remember correctly, P- Squad put a beating on Team America in a scrimage game and lost only 10-0 to them during the 2008 spring season without Numerous key players not at the game for P-Squad.. The P-Squad was Much better than mediocure... THey had alot of behind the scene player/coach conflict... I think it is going to be a rude awakening for these B Leaguers... There are some decent C league teams moving up...

it was 13-0, and TA was missing their QB, and 3 top skill players and a lineman. And i cant believe you are really going to talk about a scrimmage that took place in feb. against a much different TA squad.

Yeah, comparing ANY scrimmage to a regular season game is a joke. If you want to do that, we also won against OITS and came close to beating Mutiny in scrimmages. Think they all brought their A games to a scrimmage? I highly doubt it.

We made the decision to move up based on the other C teams moving up and the fact that we want to compete on a higher level. If nothing else, there`s the old playing better competition to get better theory.

Nothing against Practice squad, their a good team but who the heck is keeping count of srimages held in Feb? We were testing players out...a few didn`t even make the team and we picked up quite a few key additions since then. We went 10-0 then beat an A team without three of our fastest players (gray shorts, #24, and #2). Even if they didn`t have their whole squad they had all open level players. But you guys go ahead and keep doing what you do best...hating on teams better then you. I don`t see any of the top A teams on here hating. It always seems to be the sorry B teams.

I think those teams moving up will hold their own, and this is not the same situation as a brand new team testing the water in "A" or "Open".

Aside from the Champs (Team America), these are teams with 2 or more seasons under their belt in this league already.

I should have the permits for the Reston Cup pretty soon, and maybe we`ll get a preview of those teams competing against B/lower Open teams they may face in Fall league play.

from seeing ps playing with both the qb ps was using for the playoffs was garbage and not even a qb just some guy taking the snap and running around. no where near the talent of the qb they had before and would have won the whole thing with him still there and the team coming together but hey whats done is done. good luck 2 everyone in the fall.

Sounds like a few players on PS are bitter.

Why should they be bitter they made if to the final four without their old qb.

In fact no one is bitter or crying over here. We still have our core group of players as does Franchise has their`s. Take us lightly if you want because we still have plenty of weapons.

Okay the real story is ps was puting peeps in there who had no bidness on the feild.Some of players saw what was going on and figure it out that there is a better way so they made they own team and will do things the way they should be.

ya just "Team Demolished" since thats all they are is a demolished Practice Squad. QB couldn`t win with PS so he left and started his own team, and then PS ends up doing even better with out the guy. hahahahaha funny sh1t. so whats Team Demolished`s plays gonna be, "QB takes the snap and rolls out, he looks down field and throws it to himself on the run who quickly laterals it to himself who then gets tripped by himself, he then gets up, tells his team that all of him are a joke and suck and says hes quiting to start a new team" thats probably how the play by play would go.

All this drama is retarded. Teams break/split up for whatever reason and the messageboard posters are so quick to jump in and add fuel to the fire. no Open this Fall. It`s A, B and C. But, PS should stay in C along with their offshoot Team Francis. They think they are better than they really are. Time will tell.
