Isn`t Diesel supposed to play in the "A" Divison since they won "B" last year?

I thought in previous years the B league champs had to move up to play in "A"

won B in the fall of 2007 and its not the same team, why dont you look at teams like mutiny and pain who have had the same rosters for years and just cant seem to win the trophy, also united just won B in the spring too ya idiot, stop hating diesel and beat them
