i think if you win any championship from the two prior seasons (fall/spring---nights/sundays) you get a bid to states. i believe 2nd place gets one too, and possibly even 3rd. as teams deny bids it goes down the line. so to answer your question, United and Mutiny will get a bid from Spring `08 (Sundays) Acid Reign and Organized Chaos would also get bids from Spring `08 (night) . and i would think the B+ and B championship winners from both the night league and sunday league would get a bid.

have to win anything to get into states. if you win something yes you get to go if you want. But each area get so many teams to put in. so if you have some teams decide not to play other teams can go instead. you could be 1-7 and get into the states.

So i`m guessing it will be up the Commissioners?

State Tournament:

The IFFL is hosting the VA State Tournament this year (12/13-12/14). There is an "A" State
Tournament and a "B" State Tournament. We encourage as many teams as possible (who qualify) to
participate. The IFFL Fall league will award 4 tournament bids from the "A" league and 5 from the
"B" League.

If it`s going to be the 5 highest ranked B teams at the end of the season ex:United,PKL,Diesel,Pens and Hokies or the the final four B+ and then one next best team ex:Pain,Outlaws,PKL,Diesel and then United (who is the highest ranked team left)

It goes like this guys. The playoffs are all that matter. The champs and runner ups get a bid. Spring and Fall each get 2 bids for a total of 4. With us having B and B+ my guess is the B champs will get the 5 spot this year. So right now Unitied and Mutiny would have the two Spring Bids. The other 3 bids are TBD.

B champs over a B+ final four? Not to mention if you read Info`s post, it says the Fall IFFL not Spring will be awarded the spot for states.

I believe we should have a good showing this year between our top "A" and "B" teams:

A:
Bad Boyz
Rhinos
Pitbulls/Sharks
Lazy Sundae
Wolves

B:
United
PKL
Diesel
Pain

We should represent well in this tourney, are any squads picking up people from other squads?

That is to say the teams in the current "A" division play in "A" states and do not drop down.

Those A team don`t drop down. Add Dietze to the list.

Teams that were willing to take the trip down to states the past couple of years when others wouldnt have a invite.

whats the point in playing in the a league during season if your going to drop down to b for states thats not fare to the b teams, thats why a league gets no love from me... scardey cats

You think the teams in A give a rats azz about the teams in B showing them love? You better hope the A teams in this league drop to B (which they won`t)cause none of the current B teams in this league will be able to compete with the A teams from Richmond and The Beach that will drop down to B.

Don`t forget the week night teams as well when you talk about state bids. They earn bids just as well.
