How does one team with virtually no record in their league and two teams that are WINLESS in their leagues make the 2008 Virginia State Tournament?

Lazy Parrots and Ground Illusions have not won any games. Dynasty is 1-1 in 2007 and 1-1 in 2006. We have much better teams than those 3, hell Acid Reign Fall 2008 has a better record.

lazy parrots plays in grottoes league. they didnt have web site until past couple days but they won their sping league and finished 2nd in fall.
ground illusions plays in hburg and got berth in spring going 3-5 but got final berth by upsetting much higher seed in playoffs. but yes they didnt have a good fall.

the Teams in the IFFL (including Sundays/Weeknights) do not deserve to be in this tournament or any for that matter. They are doomed to be one and done and waste their money.
