Nothing is set in stone yet, and there could be some team who do not take the bids indicated or take a different bid from where you see them now.

I`ll get the packets hopefully by Friday, and pass them out next week - so that will be the deadline, when I contact your team Monday or Tuesday about picking up your packet.

How do the Sharks not factor into this? Or do they get an automatic bid for being a former champ? We need to have our best team represent us.

Sorry to burst your bubble TC. But you`re not the best from our area. Until you start winning multiple titles and can say you`ve been a former state champ, stick to the Rec leagues.

They are currently playing in the weeknight league that also gets bids...

If Andy wants to discuss this with me he will. If some of you posting here play for Diesel, the real question is - is the Diesel team who would enter the State Tournament the IFFL Spring #2 A seed?, the IFFL Fall #2 B+ team?

If the answers to those questions are "no" (they are), then would the "depleted" Diesel team playing in States be better than the teams who did not get a bid because the "full" Diesel team finished ahead of them?

That is the consideration here. Having said that, Diesel may still get a bid come WED if they choose to accept it.

This sounds familiar, I think IFFL was waiting for Diesel to decide between A and B Leagues in Fall 2008. Too much talent for all this confusion, what is this team lacking, leadership?

it`s one thing to play TA with a depleted squad, it`s another to show up at states with one. i doubt diesel will play if their core is playing for TC.

Go to another team now. It is the best of the best, teams are everywhere, the exictement is overwhelming. Diappointed is a under statement, I would say bye bye to that team. You will see what I mean hopefully one day! GET UR DONE !
