I was unaware the voting/rankings page was not accepting player & coach votes.

I think I fixed it, so could some logged in players & coaches please try it?

navigation bar > Teams > rankings

This should be for anyone that wants to rank teams, not registered players. I think you`ll find more people actually do it.
