Are the dates set for the summer tourneys?

Stars & Stripes: July 19 (tentative) in Arlington
Reston Cup: August 2 (tentative)
Bark Bowl: August 9 (fixed)
MD State Tournament: August 23 (tentative)

All dates should firm up by the end of next week.

We`ll open the Bark Bowl registration early next week, then Stars and Stripes. Reston Cup is invitation only for C and Novice teams, and a few Open teams from one-level leagues that might qualify. MD State Tournament will be hosted by the IFFL, MD teams only from possibly 4-6 various MD leagues.

Will the S&S tourney follow the same rules as the Bark Bowl (last years teams get 1st priority) or will it be 1st come 1st serve?
