I know that no players from the team punting the ball can cross the line before the ball is kicked but can there be players moving towards the LOC after the ball is snapped but before the ball is snapped?

Say 2 or 3 guys line up a couple yards back in the back field. Can they start moving forward before the ball is kicked( after the snap) as long as they don`t cross the line before the ball is kicked?

no, you cant...and i think the refs even say something like, "dont move til the ball is kicked" before the play happens. the only side of the ball that can move after the snap, but before the kick, is the receiving side. but they cant cross the line of scrimmage at all
