How about we just toss out the A,B,C stuff and have one big tourney like the ncaa?
1-3 would be all the open division winners then 4 is novice champ. Then do 5,6,7 open 8 novice, 9,10,11 open 12 novice on down the line.
To make it fair if C playing A then C gets 14 point spot. If C playing B 7 point spot and B playing A 7 point spot. This way its more exciting and all the teams are in the same playoffs.
