What was up with the black lines painted on the field instead of white lines?

coaches should let Tom know that the ECL turf fields were in use, however they were not being used by 18 and under, they were being used by adult men`s soccer,
Come on Shay, get those permits in on time!!!!

The turf fields were being used by several soccer teams that had no nets on the goals and no uniformed refs. i doubt they had permits since they were wating to get on any open field.
