Which teams will be representing IFFL in the state tournament in Richmond this year?

As of right now only 7 of the 16 bids that the IFFL has this year have been used by IFFL Fall and IFFL Spring teams.

If your team is not listed and you thought you were going then you should contact your coach and have him respond to the email I sent to all the IFFL SPRING and FALL coaches erlier this week.

Seriously, if you haven`t been, you should. States is a great tournament and the competition is incredible. Not to mention the bottomless keg at the hotel :)

None of these teams will get out of the 1st round. Going to be a waste of gas. Worse then that going to make the IFFL look bad.

Honestly, I`d be willing to lay $50 down that at least one of these teams gets out of the first round, if you were man enough to actually tell everyone on here who you are.

Collision - definitely make it to the second round, IFFL is counting on you

Everyone in the IFFL knows we are one of the weakest leagues in VA. Hopefully someone gets us on the map in the state tourney.

Any more updates on teams going?

As in years past , they have scheduled the NOVA boys to play each other in the first round ,so that will cut down the field quickly.

Don`t listen to those haters, anything can happen. Two years ago, United, which everyone though they would be one and done but they made it to the final four in `B`. So play hard and anything can happen.

@Vet - It`s very true. Depending on the draw any team from the IFFL could make some noise at States. That`s the most important thing about States, if you get an easier bracket than others.

All those team listed above should and will probably play B with the exception of Collision.

I broke my wrist in the championship game, so im out, and i think the whole team is out too, but im not for sure. I will chime in on this one, i came back to play in that tourney, period, no b team picked me up though. One A team inquired, but no way would i ever play A in that tourney. Unless i had the best line money could buy. Even though we didn`t face the greatest comp., we would had a chance to win at least one game. That said, those who know, you could face a A team in the first round that drop down this year beacause thay got booted in the first round in A last year. I have played in states for many years, thrown int. for touchdowns in that tourney, only to come back and win the game. If my body can hold up, youll have wait a year to see if we can win that first game. If your going to compete in state tourney, it will make you play for 23 seasons and hopefully at least one more.

ALL teams will play B for a chance to win. I doubt not too many of our A teams will play A in states.Maybe TC , but I see everyone else dropping to B.Nothating , but they all want to win a trophy.

Yup. We`re running B. B at States is like lower to mid-level A in our leagues.

If you consider yourself an A league team, y play in B state tourny? Thats going backwards right? Not judging ur decision, just want to know. Either way, good luck to you bundy.

I`m being realistic. I don`t believe that we are on par yet with teams like Gunz, Firm or Dmob. I really do believe `B` at States is like `A` in our league and probably where we belong.

WHY WOULD TRUTH AND OUTHOUSE WASTE THE GAS MONEY DOWN THERE TO GO 1 AND DONE? NEXT YEAR THEY WILL HAVE A "C" TOURNAMENT 4 YOUR LEVEL TEAMS

You almost got it right this time. Just add to the fact that you should play in B for the IFFL. Also not go to states at all
