Is it not time for a all-star game, the 1st game before the 1st round of the playoffs are played, all the teams will be near by.
players can be picked by coaches from other teams. We can have a starting O and starting D, who`s with it?

This comes up every single year. Nothing ever gets done. Just like the C champ vs. an A team. Nobody from A wants to play against a C team.

It`s not that hard to produce an all star game. JeeZ little league football teams do it...

What are There are 36 teams... Each team nominates 2-3 players from their squad with and we have league wide votes on those player selecting a total of 72 players or about 2 from each team. Break those players into four groups east west north or south, or A, B+, B or C. Whatever you want to label it each of the four Divisions gets 18 players 8 starters on both side of the ball and subs (obviously keeping teammates together) than have them play one another tournament style. Can all be done in one day after championships.

As long as everyone puts their big boy pants on and shows a little mutual respect for one another we can vote other teams players in. As the saying goes, `game recognizes game`...

Sure it is. The problems I see are:

1) Getting someone to organize it. Shay works pretty damn hard already without having to organize 4 All-Star teams.
2) Do you want it officiated? Are the All-Stars willing to pay for the officials?
3) Getting people to show up.

Getting people to show up isn`t an issue. If a voted in person doesn`t want to play just move down the list of people on that particular team he came from. I`m sure we can get 2 ppl from every team to play n

Shay doesn`t need to organize the teams honestly, we would just need to decide whos in for each team. and as previously stated people need to not cry and have their big boy pants on. The only help we`d need are organizing a field.

And as for ref fees what do refs honestly make per game? Everyone can throw in 2 or 3 bucks to supply refs for a 2 game tourney. Personally I`d throw 20 to see the best of each team go against each other. The MAFFL pays there refs per game and never had an issue with it. Shoot I see refs on craigs list looking for work occasionally

I`m not trying to say Shay needs to make it happen. I`m just saying it`s doable if people don`t sit around waiting for someone else to propose something.

Someone would have to lead the charge, are you volunteering?
