Basing Shay at all, but how come our season is shorter than the weekday league (I play in both) and what summer league does everyone play in. This ends in 5 weeks and fall starts in mid august.

I was actually curious as well, it was probably posted before but is it really only 6 regular season games?

@ I`m not - The season is shorter I believe to field space. Also why were are playing on grass and not turf. As you, I play in the weeknight league as well but notice the difference in team fees. Weekend is $760 vs $960 (Can`t remember exactly). The night league also starts at 8:00pm when all non adult leagues have to be finished.

No, that is a good question.

Reason we cut the IFFL from 7 to 6 regular season games is the fields are grass so we probably will lose a week or two with rainouts. We don`t play on Easter or Memorial weekend as well so that two more weekends.

Our goal is always to have season over by first week of June but that never happens and it usually goes to third week of June.

So that is why we went back to the 6 regular season games along with everyone making the playoffs which is your seventh game.

We did lower the cost so for the IFFL you pay $760 for 7 games and I think for the week night it`s 8 or 9 games for $960? The weeknight we don`t have to worry about rainouts because we get turf fields for that.

Thanks Shay & Lumpy.. I know the summer league is newer, any chance of that getting more teams than last year and is that on Sunday`s as well?

The summer league last year was a weeknight league, played on turf. I don`t know if it`s happening or not this year.

Damn. I`m going to need something between the end of spring and start of fall. Any suggestions
