Bundy - How long have you been doing P90? I just re-started Insanity. Everyone asks me which is better but I`ve never done P90. How do you like it so far?

@ eat right - very true. But all the good ish that I like is terrible for you. Hence Insanity, basketball, and football twice/three times a week.

Been at it a week now. It`s great in my opinion, but yeah, you have to eat right and be really dedicated.
