during the weeknight , when it rains the turf fields are open before flag football games. if it rains this sunday , maybe we could ask the county if we could move to the turf fields , so we don`t back up our season .

yea I noticed the youth don`t play in the rain

that would make this sunday league a WEEKNIGHT team. The reason y most teams sign up for sunday league is because of time constraints on the weeknights. Most sunday teams probably will not be able to field a team for a weeknight game. So thats a good idea but it wont work.

You missed the point. it is calling for a lot of rain again (THIS WEEKEN) , so if the youngsters don`t play , we could move our grass games to turf so we don`t miss any games.this is only about when it rains , so I don`t know what you were thinking.It was noticed that the youngsters don`t play in the rain on weeknights, so the fields were free when it rained.

We did that a few seasons back. I think each team played one Monday night game each. Don`t know the feasibility of that this year though.

Hey Bundy, will you be updating the website/rain line for Sunday games? Do you know if/when the decision will be made?

We gonna have 8 team that will need to know ASAP. Some of those guys will be leaving by 6:30 am.

I believe Shay`s in town this weekend, so I`m off-duty. I`ll check with him and see what his plan is.

I believe what player is proposing is NOT moving the games to weeknights, but playing Sunday morning in the rain and moving our games to the artifical turf fields that the youth leagues will not be using. Good idea, logistically probably too difficult to coordinate though.
