The Truth improves to 3-1 on the season, while Who U Wit drops to 3-1.
This is the third time The Truth shutout an opponent this season. Coupled with a win in their previous game, The Truth has now won two in a row.
This is the first time Who U Wit failed to score against an opponent this season. The loss ends a 3 game winning streak for Who U Wit.
Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Sep 25 2011, 09:00, a IFFL - Reston/Fairfax Fall League "A" regular season game which Who U Wit won 13-7.
Next up for The Truth is Outcast (4-0). That game is scheduled for May 06 2012, 08:00 at GMU Rec Field 3.
Who U Wit will face off against WTF (1-3) on May 06 2012, 11:00 at Lake Fairfax #6.

05/02/12 05:53 | I guess 26 points total given up in the 2011 spring season (including the playoffs) and 9 points total this season means nothing? If my math serves me correctly, that is 13 games and 35 total points (about 3 points per game against). Granted, most of those points given up were in the 2011 playoffs, which is to be expected with a higher level of competition.
I guess we will see what happens. Looks like an exciting finish to the season and competitive playoffs once again. Good luck all. |
